CALL FOR ABSTRACT
The Call for Abstract submission is now open
To enhance the scientific value of its 8th Oncology Head and Neck Conference in Conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026, Organizing Committee participants to communicate their research and case report in the field of ENT Head and Neck Oncology in Free Paper and Accepted Paper submission. This submission is open to registered General Practitioners, ENT–Head and Neck Surgery Residents (PPDS THT-KL), and ENT–Head and Neck Specialists.
PPDS participants required to submit an official endorsement letter from the Head of their Study Program. The paper must be original, unpublished scientific works in the field of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and related disorders, submitted as either original research articles or case reports, written in English, and prepared in full compliance with the prescribed author guidelines.

HOW TO SUBMIT ABSTRACT ON-LINE
- Register as offline participants in the 8th Oncology Head and Neck Conference in Conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 symposium.
- The participant is advised to complete the registration formalities before proceeding with the submission of Free Paper Abstracts
- Submit your abstract as Microsoft Word attachments and submitted via the “Abstract Submission” section on this page below.
- Choose your preference for Free Paper or Accepted Paper, whether it’s Research or Case Report category
- Fill and complete all the fields of abstract presenter and file required to submit.
- Acceptable file formats are in .doc/.docx file, the maximum file size is 4 MB. Please note that uploading files may take a while depending on traffic and your internet connection.

ABSTRACT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
- Abstract will be first reviewed by the 8th Oncology Head and Neck Conference in Conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 Committee upon quality, clarity, and relevance for the audience, as well as the significance of the paper.
- Acceptance letter of abstracts will be sent to the presenter email along with the E-Poster Preparation Guidelines at the latest 1 April 2026.
- The E-Poster presentation schedule will be notified later after the PDF E-Poster submission is completed.
WITHDRAWAL & CHANGES
- Abstract is allowed to be edited for one time only.
- The edited Abstract should be emailed to freepaper@geoconvex.com with the subject [Head and Neck Conference 2026] Revised Abstract (Presenter Name) at the latest before 15 March 2026.
- Withdrawal/changes will not be possible after the above-mentioned date.
- Automatic cancellation will be made when the registration payment is not completed by 15 April 2026.
PUBLICATION
- The presenting Author must be registered as participant to ensure their Abstract(s) is included in the final program. The uncommitted registration will cause the disqualification of Abstract and will not be published accordingly.
- Submission of Abstract acknowledges the acceptance for Abstract to be published in official 8th Oncology Head and Neck Conference in Conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 publications.
- The committee reserves the right to edit the abstract format for uniformity regarding publication.
FREE PAPER / ACCEPTED PAPER PRESENTATION
During 8th Oncology Head and Neck Conference in Conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026, selected participants will have the opportunity to have oral presentation, that pre-sided with Panel of Juries upon schedule. The remaining abstracts will be participated in the E-Poster viewing session, which will be displayed from 01 – 02 May 2026 at Novotel Palembang.
BEST FREE PAPER PRESENTATIONS
- The Organizing Committee will issue the certificate of participation to all free paper participants.
- The best E-Poster Presentation will be rewarded with cash prizes and a winner certificate.
- The result of winning presentations will be formally announced at Closing Ceremony on Saturday, 02 May 2026. The winner Presenters will be further contacted by Secretariat for administrative purpose.
