ACCEPTED PAPER PRESENTATION
The Organizing Committee of the 8ᵗʰ Oncology Head & Neck Conference in conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 proudly welcomes ENT–Head and Neck specialists and clinicians to share innovations, exchange expert insights, and contribute to advancing patient care in head and neck oncology. The successful papers will be selected for valuable platform of Accepted Paper Presentations during 8ᵗʰ Oncology Head & Neck Conference in conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026. For Accepted Paper Presenters, registration as an offline symposium participant is required.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
To highlight the significance of this vital component of the conference, the 8ᵗʰ Oncology Head & Neck Conference in conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 will feature intensive pre-conference workshops. These workshops, held on Wednesday – Thursday, 29 – 30 April 2026 in Novotel Palembang will include scientific lectures, case studies and hands-on workshops tailored to enhance practical learning. 8ᵗʰ Oncology Head & Neck Conference in conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 will host a showcase featuring the latest information, including cutting-edge technology, equipment for clinical management and research, as well as literature from 01 – 02 May 2026.

Organizing Committee of 8ᵗʰ Oncology Head & Neck Conference in conjunction with Sumatera ENT Oncology Week 2026 will provide dedicated booth as a hospitality lounge and meeting point for all participants. This special booth will serve as a welcoming space, where attendees can be greeted warmly, relax briefly and receive essential information about the program and activities throughout the event.
STUDY GROUP (KODI) ENT HEAD NECK ONCOLOGY MEETING
The Study Group (KODI) ENT Head and Neck Oncology/PERHATI-KL will hold a meeting on Thursday evening, 30 April 2026 , to select new members and strengthen fellowship among current members in a warm and friendly gathering.
KEYNOTE LECTURE & PANEL DISCUSSION
The keynote lecture will present the latest advancements and updates in ENT Head and Neck Oncology, delivered by internationally and nationally renowned experts recognized for their leadership in the field. The Keynote Lecture will be followed by Panel Discussion in the mentioned updated topic with case & management and will take place in a captivating presentation from 01 – 02 May 2026.
SYMPOSIUM SESSION
Taking place on 01–02 May 2026, the Symposium Sessions will offer a comprehensive overview of current breakthroughs and clinical updates in ENT Head and Neck Oncology. Featuring distinguished speakers and highly relevant topics, this scientific program is designed to enrich learning, inspire collaboration, and support continuous improvement in cancer management.

Professor Dr. Alok Thakar, MS, FRCSEd
India
Professor Dr. Alok Thakar, MS, FRCSEd is a distinguished Indian otolaryngologist and head-and-neck surgeon, serving as Professor of Otolaryngology & Head-Neck Surgery at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He completed his medical and surgical training (MBBS, MS, DNB) at AIIMS, holds DLO (London) and FRCS (Edinburgh) qualifications, and undertook advanced fellowship training in neuro-otology and skull base surgery in the UK. With over three decades of clinical, academic, and surgical experience, he has been recognized for his leadership in head-and-neck oncology and significant contributions to research and education in ENT with his current position as Director, Head-Neck Oncology & ENT, Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, NOIDA.
Prof. Dr. Mohd. Razif Mohamad Yunus, MD
Malaysia
Prof. Dr. Mohd Razif Mohamad Yunus is a leading Head and Neck Oncology Surgeon with a strong focus on cancer surgery, clinical research, and specialist training. He currently serves as President Elect of the Asian Society of Head and Neck Oncology and President Elect of the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. With extensive international fellowship training at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and over 60 scientific publications, he remains actively involved in advancing Head and Neck Oncology both in Malaysia and across the region.
Associate Prof. Datuk Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi Khalid
Malaysia
Assoc. Prof. Datuk Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi Khalid is an established ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon, trained in Ireland and Malaysia, with advanced certifications in robotic ENT surgery and fellowships in sleep surgery and head and neck oncology. Currently practicing at Avisena Specialist Hospital, Shah Alam and UITM Specialist Centre, Sg. Buloh, he has been invited to speak at international conferences and is experienced in managing a wide range of ENT conditions in both children and adults, including sinusitis, snoring and sleep disorders, hearing issues, and head and neck lumps.
